Returns Policy

At Hunt Co, we want you to feel confident when ordering online. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

For a full refund, please contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. This applies to full priced items only. Sale items and custom made pieces are not eligible for refunds. Returns received after 7 days will be offered as a credit note or exchange only.

For exchanges or credit notes, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at our discretion and will be issued as a credit note or exchange where applicable.

All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and with original packaging intact.

Please note that refund amounts will exclude original shipping costs.

We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier for returns as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

As many of our pieces are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to choose carefully and reach out to us prior to purchasing if you need further information.
