Our new build and renovation service is designed to simplify the process, helping you create a cohesive and well-resolved home from concept through to completion.

Price: Priced on a by project basis, fees start at $129/hour

Includes:

  • An in home (or SKYPE) consultation to ascertain the scope of the project

  • Concept design brief

  • Read/review and liaise with you and or your draftsman/architect over plans until agreed solution is reached.

  • Interior scheme developed (inc. colours, fittings, fixtures, flooring etc) 

  • Product sourcing and supply, if required. This includes paints, tiles, tap ware, flooring, lighting and all other hard surfaces as well as furnishings.

  • 3D renders of designs 

  • Millwork renders and designs inc layouts, colours, profiles, and finishes

  • Full project schedule inc. specifications and running budget

You already have a clear vision for your home and know the overall look and feel you want to achieve, but would like guidance with the finer details. From sourcing materials and selecting finishes to colour palettes and liaising with trades, we help streamline the decision-making process and ensure everything comes together cohesively.

  • Sourcing and liaising with all trades on your behalf

  • Project management 

  • Product sourcing and supply. This includes paints, tiles, tap ware, flooring, lighting and all other hard surfaces as well as furnishings.

  • 3D renders of designs 

  • Millwork renders and designs inc layouts, colours, profiles, and finishes

  • Full project schedule inc. specifications and running budget

If floor plans feel overwhelming, sourcing fixtures and finishes feels confusing, or you simply want experienced guidance throughout the process, this option is designed for you. We work alongside you (and where required, your architect, builder or draftsperson) to refine layouts, review plans and develop a concept that aligns with your lifestyle, aesthetic and budget.

From the initial design development stage through to construction and final handover, we provide ongoing support to help make the process feel clearer, more manageable and far less overwhelming.

    Millie was involved in our build from the start. She provided valuable intel and feedback on my draft plans particularly around windows, sky lights, dimensions, sizes of rooms and layout. Millie’s early engagement meant that I didn’t make any major mistakes and I’m really grateful for this. Once the plans were finalised, Millie assisted with the interior and exterior design including paint choices, benchtops, lighting, tiles, carpet, flooring, cabinetry, roof, hardware, blinds, curtains etc – Millie’s involvement and experience meant that I knew the end product was going to be a practical and consistent yet stylish. Millie quickly picked up on my personal style and put fresh ideas on the table that may not have been considered.
